All orders are dispatched in standard 7/12" record mailing envelopes with cardboard reinforcement and securely sealed. UK orders automatically sent first class unless other method is requested. Please note that double packs count as two items. Orders over 2 KGs in weight will be dispatched using our courier with next working day delivery.

Collect In Store / Cash On Collection
Orders made using the Collect in store / Cash on collection method will be held for 21 days from the date of the order being submitted. Please note that after this date your order will be cancelled and the items will be restocked on our site. If you are unable to collect your order and would like your order sent this can be arranged. Any outstanding order or postage costs will need to be made prior to the order being dispatched. If you have any questions please feel free to email us
Delivery
Orders paid by Credit/ Debit Card, PayPal, will usually be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will usually be dispatched next working day. Orders paid using bankers transfer will be dispatched once funds have cleared.

Here at DNB Vinyl we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your order then please return to the shop address with 14 days and we will either refund or replace the items.
